The team at CHRC is made up of talented clinical and auxilliary staff who provide round the clock services for the residents.
During day and evening hours, clients participate in groups and individual skill-building sessions with Counsellors who have specialized training in supporting individuals struggling with addiction and substance use disorders. Clients will also receive individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis with one of our highly qualified Therapists, both of whom have advanced training and years of experience working in addiction and trauma-informed care. Clients will engage in case management sessions with Counsellor IIs, who will help with any necessary wrap around care, and planning to a safe and successful discharge from the programme on completion. Our onsite Chef prepares tasty and nutritionally balanced meals for clients and our Housekeeper keeps the facility clean and sanitized. Residential Programme Technicians keep the facility secure and provide ancillary support to clients as needed overnight. Our Facility Maintenance Technician ensures that the buildings are maintained to a high standard. The CHRC team is overseen by a Programme Coordinator and a Clinical Supervisor, who manage various areas of the facility's operations and clinical work.
DCS staff engages in regular training and education to remain up to date with necessary skills for supporting clients as effectively and compassionately as possible.
