I really want to say thank you to all in the FRC-team for doing such an incredible job. Thank you for putting together this training. It’s been very informative and educational to participate. I feel like I have gained more knowledge about Domestic Violence. It’s also been very interesting and shocking to see the statistics and number of DV cases here on the Island. You have really challenged my thoughts and let me get a different perspective on different things. I think that this training is going to be very helpful for me as a private person but also for my future professional self.

My experience of receiving assistance through the FRC has been immensely effective. Not only was my parent coach amazing, but also attending the SNAP programme to assist me in utilising the tools and skills learnt in terms of parenting our child. The team are all extremely knowledgeable in their field and provide immense support in terms of assisting parents help their kids with their individual issues

"The Young Parent Services programme benefited me in a lot of ways. I got to bond with other girls that were dealing with similar situations, they provided us with employment preparation and on-site work experience. We did parenting workshops before and after birth and we had guess teaching us art therapy, budgeting, yoga, CPR and much more. When the programme came to an end, I was emotional because I was so grateful for the opportunity to be a part it. I wanted it to last forever!"
