Parent Coaching:
Individualized parenting support service to help families address parenting issues and accomplish family goals. Target Audience: Parents of children of all ages. Start Date: By appointment, 1 hour.
Family Skills Session:
Monthly independent sessions or series of interactive parenting sessions to empower individuals and families with new knowledge and parenting skills. Target Audience: Parents of children ages from birth to 12 years.
Stop Now and Plan:
It is a proven model that teaches children struggling with behavioural problems and their parents how to make better choices in the moment. SNAP helps children and their parents learn how to effectively manage their emotions and keep problems small. Target Audience: Parents of Children Ages 6-11.
Teen Toolbox:
Workshop aimed at equipping parents with the tools to successfully support teenagers thru the common issues faced during adolescence. Target Audience: Parents of teenagers.
Young Parent Services:
Long-term comprehensive parenting education programme for young parents. Parents will skills to build parent-child relationships. Target Audience: 16-25.
Positive Discipline:
A parenting workshop aimed at building positive parenting skills and attitudes to help managed children's behaviours. Target Audience: Parents.
Domestic Violence Intervention Training Programme:
A three day certificate course for front-line professional who wish to learn more about the dynamics of domestic violence
Co-parenting Programme (Grand Cayman):
Weekly sessions for families who are raising children between two separate households. Sessions aim to assist families with a successful transition from a one to two home family. Target Audience: Designed for families who are separated or divorced but are parenting child (ren) together. This programme is not recommended for families in volatile relationships. This programme can be offered in an individual or group format.

Weekly sessions for families who are raising children between two separate households. Sessions aim to assist families with a successful transition from a one to two home family. Target Audience: Designed for families who are separated or divorced but are parenting child (ren) together. This programme is not recommended for families in volatile relationships. This programme can be offered in an individual or group format.
Triple P Family Transitions:
A cognitive-behavioral family intervention designed to be delivered to parents who are experiencing personal distress from separation or divorce, which is impacting on, or complicating, the task of parenting.
Sessions aim to assist families with a successful transition from a one to two home family.
Triple P standard:
Provides parents with broadly focused parenting support and intervention on a one-to-one basis.The programme supports parents who have concerns about their child’s behavior or development across various settings (e.g.disobedience in various settings, fighting and aggression, refusing to stay in bed or eat healthy meals).
Triple P teen:
A broad-based parenting intervention delivered over eight weeks for parents of teenagers up to 16-years who are interested in learning a variety of parenting skills. Parents may be interested in promoting their teenager’s development and potential or they may have concerns about their teenager’s behaviour.
